Illuminate! is a six-month executive leadership and business owner program for women. The program uses a tri-learning model where there is individual learning through coaching and mentoring, peer learning with another executive or business owner, and an advisory panel meeting each month. Who should apply:

Women who own their company or who work inside a company with a C-Suite (CEO, COO, etc.), Vice President, or Director title:

Illuminate! is a six-month executive coaching, advisory and training program for women who own small-medium sized businesses or women who are executives inside of organizations.

Illuminate! provides the focus and space for busy, entrepreneurial, passionate, and striving women, in leadership roles, to learn about themselves within the context of reflecting on the past, fully living in the moment, and envisioning a future filled with wonder and success. In addition, there will be many opportunities to discover who they are, who they are with others, who they are in relationship to their work, and who they are in the world. We have named this our ‘ripple effect’ – how YOU show up starts your ripple effect on the world. Think of a pebble in a pond. YOU are at the center of the ripple. Illuminate! shines the light on your ability to create purposeful and intentional ripples that change the world. Our six-month program includes:

Month One – Onboarding: Life Mapping, Strategic Planning, Plan of Action for Development, Various Assessments, Assignment of Peer Collaborator, Meet the Advisory Panel

Months Two-Five – Development: Various Assessments, 1-hour of Peer Collaboration, 90-Minute Coaching Session (assigned coach or Advisory Panel member), Advisory Panel Meeting

Month Six – Reflection/Celebration: 1-hour of Peer Collaboration, 90-Minute Coaching Session (coach or Advisory Panel member), Advisory Panel Celebration
