Michael Cavanaugh is our executive leadership coach and the founder and president of MDCAV Associates. In a nutshell, Michael expedites career advancement for directors and above by providing new approaches that will empower his clients to show up for themselves and others in an exceptional way. During his coaching conversations, Michael’s shares insights and strategies from his 30-year career in senior leadership roles for such Fortune 50 companies as United Healthcare (5), Procter & Gamble (25) and PepsiCo (44), along with Henkel (15), a DAX 30 company. His authentic approach guides his clients through rough conversations and processes that enable them to clarify their career and personal development goals. From that point, different approaches and the development of a practical action plan and timeline is developed for the achievement of those goals.

In many cases, Michael works with clients in person in the Phoenix area or remotely, by phone or via Zoom. Coaching sessions are held in a private and confidential setting. In many cases, Michael is called in to assist the leader with his/her team inside of the organization. Therefore, Michael also offers group leadership training for businesses and non-profit organizations.
